The Shepherdstown Community Club (War Memorial Building), 102 E. German St., Shepherdstown, WV, hosts a four day exhibition of new works by artists Susan Carney, Isabelle Truchon and Neil Super. The exhibit runs Thursday, July 26ththrough Sunday, July 29th, during the final weekend of the Contemporary American Theater Festival. Exhibit hours are 10am-8pm Thursday and Friday, 9am-9pm Saturday, and 9am-5pm Sunday. There will be an ARTISTS’ RECEPTION on Saturday, July 28, from 5pm-9pm with live music and refreshments.

The Barns at Rose Hill, in Berryville, Virginia will be featuring WILD • FREE Opening May , a solo Exhibit by artist Isabelle Truchon May 4th 2018, 7-10pm. Paintings inspired by Isabelle's photographs taken in the spring of 2017 in Camargue, France will be featured. The Camargue horses are resilient, stoic, strong, and beautiful creatures which Isabelle loves to portray in a subtle, monochromatic, yet poignant way. The artist reception will be held on May 4th from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm followed by the presentation of the Cannes Festival award winning black and white short film by Albert Lamorisse Crin Blanc/White Mane. Friday, August 18, 2017; 5:30-7:30pm Artist Isabelle Truchon, the Tryst Gallery Featured Artist for the month of August, will give a Gallery Talk about her work and her creative process. Isabelle's large scale paintings of the Camargue horse, the white horses of the marshes of southern France are breathtaking, calming yet full of energy and spirit. Isabelle will discuss her creative process from sketch to canvas. Join us on August 18th from 5:30-7:30pm at Tryst Gallery. Light refreshments will be served. Current show runs from August 4th-30th.
